WTF????

yesterday during working hours
i received a phone call from a customer that bought a camera from me 2 weeks ago~ he told me that he bought from me an extra battery~ n he told me that i din not gave him the battery~ but i am 100% sure i already pack everything n put everything nicely for him~~
after he was arguing with me~~ my heart is pounding like hell~~ then he pass the phone to his beloved wife n i am pretty sure that his wife is a very super duper RUDE person~~
i wanna ask u guys did u guys buy a thousand over ringgits things n after 2 weeks only unpack it?? that's ridiculous right??
ya it's ridiculous, the customer told me he is going to beijing tomolo so now he juz unpack it n inside the camera box there's only a battery~ yes inside the camera box there's a battery that comes with the camera n the another extra battery is in another packet... so i already put it inside his plastic bag~ but he still told me no don hav~ ok fine.... n i told him our shop's CCTV also cannot trance back the clips.... u know wat he told me....'it's our mistake also, we din check nicely before we leave ur shop'~~
wow now only u said so.... who can ever remember things that happened 2 weeks ago??
after the phone call, i guess his wife keep calling to our shop n she knows i answered the phone so she hung up for i think 3-4 times.... in the end we all r fed up n my cousin went to answer it~ n she wants my boss phone number n we cannot give it to her so she called n complain to my lady boss~~ n not long ago my lady boss phone call is here~~ n ask me bout the situation~~
then after the phone call with my lady boss, i called back the customer....
he is totally mistaken, he thought that the extra battery is look like the battery that comes together with the camera~ he thought i suppose to put it inside the box~~ but i told him the extra battery packet is so big, how can it fits inside the camera box?? then u know wat he said to me?? he said i go home n check 1st, if i cannot find i will give u a call later on......
and there were no phone call back...... so i decided to call him n ask him...is the extra battery with him or not?? mana tau i gave him a phone call back....i cannot get thru.... n i tried for 3 times~ still cannot get thru......so means he found it.....
i think they owe me an apology~~ do u guys think so??
