today im going to update with u guys my diet plan haha~
ok this is going to be my diet plan from now on.....
vege n breast meat for lunch
fruits for dinner
exercise regularly....
1000 times skipping per day [within half n hour need to complete it.....]
drink lots of water....
cannot eat after 7pm....
if hungry only fruits can be eat~
i hope my diet plan can be a success haha....
n the 1000 times skipping per day was actually Yubin of the Wonder Girls diet plan...
i think i should try it cos i love skipping...
hopefully it works ^^
